Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT per order.
• Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT per order.

We do not typically offer free delivery; however, promotional campaigns and discounts may occasionally include free delivery. These offers will be communicated through our official website, Facebook page, and group.

Order Processing

1. Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
2. Customers will receive a notification via email or SMS once their order is shipped.
3. In case of delayed shipment, we will inform customers and provide an updated delivery timeline.

Delivery Guidelines

ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: অর্ডার সাধারণত ২-৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।

• ঢাকার বাইরে: অবস্থান এবং সরবরাহের উপলব্ধতার উপর নির্ভর করে ডেলিভারি করতে ৫-৭ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।

• ব্যস্ত মৌসুমে বা বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে, ডেলিভারির সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। এই ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহকদের অবহিত করা হবে।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: প্রতি অর্ডারে ৭০ টাকা।

• ঢাকার বাইরে: প্রতি অর্ডারে ১৫০ টাকা।

অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ

1. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়।
2. গ্রাহকরা তাদের অর্ডার পাঠানোর পর ইমেল বা এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে একটি বিজ্ঞপ্তি পাবেন।
3. বিলম্বিত শিপমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে, আমরা গ্রাহকদের অবহিত করব এবং একটি আপডেট করা ডেলিভারি সময়সূচী প্রদান করব।

ডেলিভারি নির্দেশিকা

• গ্রাহকদের ডেলিভারি কর্মীদের উপস্থিতিতে তাদের অর্ডারগুলি পরিদর্শন করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
